· Assist Project Manager

· Oversee the direction of the project, ensure compliance of specifications and requirements

· Responsible for general on site technical and engineering matters

· Liaise with Sub-Contractors & Consultants, Client and other stakeholders

· checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

· maintaining quality control procedures

· Overall projects planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.

· Ensuring & assessing site safety to minimising risk

· Other adhoc assigned

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Specialist Diploma in M&E coordination

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination, and oversee all architectural finishing works on-site
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, as well as the accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural, M&E staff members, other team members, and subcontractors to resolve any challenges
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural works supervision in relevant construction fields for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
• Possess 3 years of managing MRT projects in Singapore

• Work closely and coordinate with the design team for all installation and system requirement matters
• Update the project management team on design installation, logistics, and daily progress matters
• Attend the M&E interface coordination meeting on CSD/CCSM
• Review system/architectural plan drawing
• Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation on the construction site
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is appropriate for submission

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in coordinating E&M projects
• Experience in construction, design, BIM model management and/or coordination (services)
• Possess experience in managing LTA projects
