• Collaborate with the Sales & Technical team to implement strategies that drive sales performance.
• For the group's ability to go overseas, including but not limited to the Ringa platform, and intercom, smart office, cloud and virtualization and other projects for on-site delivery,
• Carry out technical troubleshooting, to meet customers' on-site and remote service requirements
• Monitor sales targets and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
• Address any issues that arise during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• Experience in video surveillance and smart office related delivery, able to understand and solve problems quickly. Professional operation experience of video manufacturers such as Dahua or Haikang.
• In-depth knowledge of mainstream cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.), familiarity with cloud architecture, virtual machine management, storage, and network configuration, and the ability to deploy and manage these technologies in real-world environments
• Rich experience in technical support and troubleshooting, able to quickly locate and resolve problems that arise in the field or remote environment.
• Familiar with common troubleshooting tools and methods, able to deal with problems efficiently in complex environments.

• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on-site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site

• In-depth understanding of key technologies such as 5G network architecture, core network, access network, and edge computing can solve complex technical problems in 5G networks.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G equipment and solutions from Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, etc., able to configure, debug, and optimize performance, and familiar with the characteristics and best practices of equipment from different manufacturers.
• During the deployment process, it can quickly identify and resolve problems in equipment installation, configuration, connection, etc.
• Solid technical background, including in-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS), wireless communication principles, network security (including cryptography, authentication mechanisms), and network performance monitoring tools to support efficient deployment and problem solving of 5G networks.
