Job scope:

• Work closely with project Engineers to implement audio-visual / video conferencing solutions based on company standards.

• Involve System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of company solutions.

• Studying solutions/assisting in-house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufacturers like Samsung, BOSE, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc to implement fully integrated solutions for clients.

• Any Ad-hoc job assigned by the company.

Requirement

• Min. 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solutions.

Added advantage (please highlight in yr application)

• Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.

• Experience in similar renowned AV brands like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc

• Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, and Kramer automation programming will be an added advantage

• Experience in DSP programming will be an added advantage

• Experience in Audio equipment.

Basic Salary : S$3,000 - S$6,500 (depending on experience)

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
• Liaise with consultants and /or sub-contractors on the project matters
• Attend meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the project related matters
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
• Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
• Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost estimates as required.
• Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off as required.
• Assist in estimation of direct & indirect costs for sub-contract sublet.
• Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works.
• Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity.
• Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparation of payments advice and review then certify claim submission for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager/Director.
• Follow up payments from main contractor/consultant/client.
• Assist the PD/PM to establish and operate project cost control.
• Provides advice on contractual claims, VO or other contractual matters.
• Measures and computes values to variations and prepares interim and/or final accounts.
• To provide estimate, computations & work on contractual/technical/project change orders.
• Prepares monthly progress payments to main contractors/consultant/clients.

Additional Information:

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical)/QS or Project/Construction Management
• Computer literate, Microsoft & CAD
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English
• With construction and M&E background (Entry level encourage to apply)
• Possess good mathematical and accounting skills
• Plays an active role in the project execution to complete the task on time with the optimum utilization of resources
