Requirements:

• ACTA certification

• At least 2 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development is ideal
• Experience in Workforce Planning preferred.
• Self-motivated team player
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills

Job Duties

•Handle daily admin and front desk duties

•Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.

•Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors

•Arrange invoicing and payments

•Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales

•Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

Additional Details

Salary: $15/hour. Additional performance and team bonuses apply for each new student onboarded.

Job Description

As a Project Manager within our Web Development team, you'll be instrumental in turning strategic visions into concrete outcomes. You'll oversee the entire digital project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our client's business goals and our dedication to fostering growth and influence. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Project Executive role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of digital solutions ensuring alignment with client’s business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and continuously monitor project progress and compare it to the established project plan.
• Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Inspire and motivate the team towards the project goals while adhering to Agile principles.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering digital solutions and managing digital teams.
• Strong appetite for innovation, autonomy and start-up like ecosystem.
• Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of CMS (WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix)
