Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of contracts, negotiation of revisions/amendments, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Responsible to process/ obtain permits and licenses
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
• Coordinate all new and current on-going projects and able to communicate well with all levels.
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related disciplines
• Over 5 years relevant working experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies exposure preferred
• Able to read architectural and technical drawings thus translates to construction activities
• Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements
• Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
• Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Highly independent, client oriented and team player

Responsibilities:

* Support in overseeing daily operations, including roster planning, manpower flow allocation, and staff performance appraisals.

* Manage escalation from team when required.

* Monitor performance real-time and manage resources to meet service level agreements by conducting audits and performance reviews and providing training/orientation if required.

* Prepare and maintain statistics and reports.

* Share updates with the team and execute new workflows and improvement initiatives.

* Handle feedback from internal and external parties by conducting investigations and implementing service recovery measures.

* Manage and resolve complex feedback escalated by Service Team Leaders and handle staff disciplinary issues.

* Manage staffs’ employment records, health screening records, vaccination records, training records.

* In charge of manning contractual and billing matters (Timesheet verification).

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

* Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

* Meticulous and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

* Proficient in MS Office applications.

* Candidates with experience working in a healthcare environment will be preferred.

Job Duties:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of programme management infrastructure, including templates, folder structures, and governance mechanisms, to support efficient operation across all initiatives.
• Support the rollout of Transformation Standards on Programme Management and Governance to the organisation and ensure adoption.
• Ensure the transformation progress is within budget execution and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 2-3+ years of experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios of projects with a strong track record of success in programme delivery and support

Job Position – Electrical & Instrumentation Control (E&IC) Engineer

The Electrical Engineer will play a critical and challenging role in the design, engineering, and construction of the electrical systems for the RExus WWtE Plant. This position will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, execute, and manage capex projects according to company guidelines, meeting operational, technical, commercial, and HSEQ standards.

· Develop and review electrical design drawings, schematics, and specifications.

· Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and control) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

• Prepare detailed electrical equipment and system specifications.

· Interpret and implement project technical specifications, attend meetings for technical clarifications, and facilitate identifying and mitigating engineering risks.

· Review and approve vendor documentation, including equipment data sheets and technical specifications.

• Oversee the procurement and installation of electrical equipment.
