Responsibilities:
· Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
· Increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities
· Manage sales and marketing functions to maximize returns
· Improve operations planning, attending meetings with Clients on key business developments
· Building strong working relationships with Clients and Vendors, as well as Sales and Marketing teams
· Monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures
· Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
· At least 5 years of proven business development experience in Building Construction Industry
· Excellent decision-making, leadership and management skills
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
· Effective communication and negotiation skills
