Requirements:

Job summary

We are seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to join our team. This role will perform engineering assignments to ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of engineering related projects. You will be responsible for project delivery process and result, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction. This will be a key role in our Project Management team and will closely collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

•Provide leadership, guidance and support to project operations globally

Educational Background:

Key Responsibilities:

As the Overall Site Project Coordinator, you will lead a team responsible for the day-to-day

operations of the project, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements and standards.

Project Management & Supervision:

• Oversee and review contractors’ submissions, ensuring compliance with the latest

requirements and timely approval from relevant authorities.

· Minimum of 7 years of experiences with at least 3 years as Project Manager in a banking IT system.

· Good and proven fundamental knowledge of Project Management and Risk Management sklls are essential and required for this role.

· Proven record to setup strong project governance in large and complex projects/programs. Candidates with experience with projects with value > SGD 500k will be advantageous

· PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory; proven track records in managing medium to large sized project teams and deliverables.

· Have experience in project budgeting/financial planning and tracking

· Experienced in running Agile methodologies project

· Experienced in Cash Management IT or possess Cash Management domain knowledge would be a plus.

Job Scope

• Plan and control the execution of the project. Prepares the manpower, machinery and materials requirement on site. Confirm the duration of each critical activity and construction programme.
• Regulate current activities with regard to work methods, technical solutions, resources input and other operational details.
• Delegate duties to respective site personnel such as deputies, project engineers, foreman, safety officer, quantity surveyor and site clerk.
