• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; and administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; and recommending actions.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project database by writing computer programs; and entering and backing up data.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of relevant experiences in construction industry
• Knowledge of Autocad would be an advantage
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of civil and structural work for concrete work and reinforcement bar.
• Coordinate and inspect with sub-contractor and consultant.
• Monitor, control and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as contractors.
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality & safety plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications.
• Assist the structural engineer to coordinate the cross-construction cooperation of various construction teams and professional subcontracts. Participate into the daily project safety management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Degree in Civil Engineering and such Degree must be recognized by Singapore IES / BCA and PE Board.
• Experience in RC Structure, Facade or Steel Structure, Civil/ Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
• Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
• Excellent project and time management abilities.
