Project Management

● Oversee the execution of accounts and projects from conception to delivery,

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation

opportunities, and ensure campaigns exceed client expectations.

Trend Spotting and Innovation

● Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep client content

fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.

Requirement and Skills

• Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or Business Management with relevant specialty
• 4-5 years in content strategy, social media management, or a related field, with experience in client and account management
• A proven track record and strong understanding of all social media platforms
• Masterful writing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for design
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and paid ads
• Proficiency in platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikT ok, XHS, and Lemon8
• High level expertise in analytics reporting of all social media platforms like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of tools like Notion, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

The role will be part of IT Infrastructire team and is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust project management practices to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver successful project outcomes. This role focuses on creating frameworks, monitoring project performance, and aligning teams with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a framework to monitor and ensure compliance with project management processes.

• Set up review boards for project evaluations, decisions, and risk management.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency across workflows.

• Track and mitigate project risks using risk registers.

• Define KPIs to measure project management effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
