DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial and Management Reporting

• Examine, analyze and present monthly financial results to the management team

Financial Planning and Forecasting

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving and executing the construction of buildings and infrastructure.
• Supported by project managers and his/her team collaborates with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to make sure that the construction runs smoothly.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Development and Project Management, the Director is responsible for all aspects of the onsite process and construction of all projects within the Department of Design and Project Management team or as required by the department head.
