Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support. You will lead negotiations for major projects and contribute insights from market research to drive the development of new business sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily interactions with sports teams and agencies to understand their needs and challenges, and provide necessary support.
• Continuously identify new customer needs through effective communication and timely market research. Provide insights to help the company develop new sectors based on current market trends.
• Lead negotiations for major projects, ensuring thorough review of contract terms and safeguarding the interests of both parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

To assist with projects under the Professional Standards and Training unit, which may include:

• Renewing of funding agreements with centres, data entry and assisting in various administrative matters for the Enhanced Internship Programme
• Creating Electronic Digital Mailers (eDMs) for training courses
