Your Purpose

Be a trusted business partner with production (project teams) to provide financial assistance for decision making and ensure effective and efficient collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Financial Planning Analyst enables senior management and production teams to make data-driven choices and critical decisions through financial insights and analysis. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with project teams, through tailored business support and conducting regular budget preparation, reporting, and analysis.

Your Daily Adventure

This role will report to the Financial Planning Manager for the Singapore studio.

Projects Budgeting and Reporting

• Prepare initial project budgets and monthly forecast update
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (staffing, activity costs, actuals, forecast)
• Monitor and challenge projects’ budgets and ensure the projects’ spending are within the budget
• Build and maintain dashboards on financial status and risks
• Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize costs and improve financial performance

As a Cloud Project Manager, you will be working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The Cloud Project Manager should have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. Job Description:
•Material planning based on production requirement
•Plan and manage inventory at the optimal level
•Analyse sales plan to determine and plan future production
•Monitor production schedule to meet on-time delivery
•Work with the testing team and arrange production staff to work according to the production schedule

Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Production/Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year in the manufacturing industry

1. Manage and maintain the organization's systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
2. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to systems, applications, and network connectivity, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
3. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices.
4. Monitor system performance, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to avoid potential issues or bottlenecks.
5. Develop and implement system backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new technology solutions that meet business objectives.
7. Maintain and update technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training on system usage and troubleshooting assistance.

Key Role:

• Responsible for the Software project delivering a Software solution or an upgrade of a Software solution for controlling of a system.
• Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring and controlling of the Software project from handover from sales to handover to the customer.
• Responsible for ensuring effective, economic and timely deliveries of the agreed scope from the Software Solutions Department.

The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies across the Building Technologies business unit. This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle while actively partnering with business leaders as a trusted advisor. • Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to assess and forecast manpower needs.

• Talent Management & Development:

  • Administer and drive the Talent Review process to identify and evaluate high-potential talents.
  • Facilitate job rotations, succession planning, and internal mobility to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Performance Management:

  • Provide hands-on HR support for performance management, employee engagement, and compensation strategies.
  • Partner with managers to enhance employee performance and drive organizational goals.

• HR Data Analytics:

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Use data to anticipate HR needs, particularly in areas such as employee turnover, engagement, and talent development.

• HR Projects & Initiatives:

  • Lead and support HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR programs that support the overall HR strategy.

• Employee Relations & Grievance Management:

  • Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure that all employee relations matters are handled in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.

- Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods.

- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast demand to ensure timely replenishment.

- Select and manage transportation providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery services.

- Negotiate transportation rates and contracts with carriers.

- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.

4.⁠ ⁠Process Improvement

- Analyze logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize logistics operations.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of logistics performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

5.⁠ ⁠Stakeholder Communication

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to ensure smooth logistics operations.

- Provide regular updates on shipment status and address any concerns or issues promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.

6.⁠ ⁠Compliance and Documentation

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to transportation and logistics.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all logistics activities.

- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and KPIs to management.
