• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of the Peak ERP implementation for the local business unit or region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, capturing and incorporating local requirements into the overall project framework.
• Act as the primary contact for local stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication, status updates, and risk assessments with both local and global teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to align local business processes with the Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring regulatory and operational needs are met while supporting process standardization.
• Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
• Drive change management efforts, coordinating communication and training for local teams, and ensuring readiness for the new ERP processes.
• Oversee local testing, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), validating that the ERP system meets functional and business requirements.
• Coordinate a smooth go-live process by preparing local teams, conducting final checks, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide post-implementation support, assisting with troubleshooting during the stabilization phase and collecting feedback for ongoing improvements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in managing ERP or large-scale IT projects within transformation programs.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with a solid understanding of business processes in FMCG or related industries.
• Strong project management skills, proficient in tools like MS Project and Jira; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience managing expectations and providing clear, concise project updates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on risk management and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements impacting ERP implementations, ensuring project alignment with compliance standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex projects, effectively managing resources, timelines, and project deliverables.

The Job

• Work with various teams and Project managers (for applications) to plan, update and review infra setup and delivery plans.
• Review and advise in technical resource planning, risk management of infra technical delivery plans and activities to meet regulatory requirements and IT standards/guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate with Vendor to complete the required setup/projects.
• Identify and coordinate other team's resources (eg. e2P) for project execution and/or infra setup activities.
• Proactively plan and track the delivery schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in computer science or related field with working experience of at least 5 – 8 years or more depending on standard of qualification.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in IT Infra Project Implementation and Operations.
• 6 - 10 years’ relevant working experience in Financial Institutions.
• 1 - 2 years’ experience or exposure to a Dev Ops project implementation.
• Technical skills in IT infrastructure (network, servers, database, application servers).
• Technical skills in Cloud Architecture/Service, DevOps platform.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Good analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
• ITIL, IT Operations, Project Methodology & Tools (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2).
• Knowledge in Agile Methodology in Project Management.
