Consolidation / Rebalancing of Stock:

Desired Characteristics

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• 4+ years’ experience deploying large-scale Healthcare IT projects where deadlines where met on or ahead of schedule.
• Knowledge on how to negotiate on Change Management with the customer and setting customer expectations
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors
• Knowledge/experience with the Healthcare Digital products and/or Healthcare Information Systems
• Proficient in Project Management Software such as MS Project
• Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology
• Good understanding of IT Lifecycles (SDLC and ITIL)

About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will plan, oversee, and lead projects (e.g. energy storage projects, marine electrification projects, gat to electric projects, etc.) through their lifecycles, ensuring they are completed within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients, to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

(The main job responsibilities should include, but not be limited to)

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of energy projects.
• Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and motivation among team members.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products as well as solutions.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget limits.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with vendors/suppliers/colleagues from different JV or subsidiaries, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing concerns and requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• PA & Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status and analysis reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones, and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project management procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager preferably in the energy or sustainability sector.
• Knowledge of energy solutions, including renewable energy, storage efficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify project risks.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PPT.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Providing basic research support by conducting desktop scans and research activities to gather relevant information for operational planning and transformation initiatives within the Family Life Group.

· Utilizing Microsoft or other tools to collect, analyze, and present data from research activities to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

· Supporting project progress coordination, documentation, and tracking of key research and transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with project requirements and timeline.

· Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing for meetings, supporting collation of information across teams, and providing logistics support for workplan/engagement sessions.

· Contributing to the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management by organizing and maintaining an archive of operational planning materials.

· These responsibilities are crucial in supporting the overall success of the Family Life Group's operational planning and transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field

• Coordination or project management experience

• Research work experience in preferred.

• Able to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
