In this role, you will drive the overall GTM strategy and lead the planning process for Google Cloud in the Asia Pacific region including working with global and regional cross-functional teams to drive the annual planning cycle - from driving and influencing GTM outcomes, to implementing planning. Acquisition/Divestment:

• Monitoring, identifying and originating new development and/or value-add opportunities in Singapore across the asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial/ business parks and mixed-use projects.
• Developing and managing relationships with developers, investors, and builders to enable the execution of capital partnership strategies for new and existing development projects.
• Structuring and negotiating key commercial terms in relation to definitive agreements needed for existing and new projects.
