The Sera Demand Planner collects, analyzes, and aggregates customer requirements into a comprehensive demand plan delivered to Supply Planning teams through E1, SFDC, and Sera Master Production Schedule. The incumbent oversees IT project management and acts as technical liaison to internal staff, outside vendors, and suppliers for IT issues, activities, development, and maintenance of information systems at Lentor Health.

Scope Of Work

Your essential functions and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

IT Management

• Responsible for administering and regular maintenance of all existing IT infrastructure such as the network, servers, desktops, laptops, and backups.

• Maintaining hardware and software inventory records for audit and asset management.

Project Management
