Expectations of a Media Executive/ Performance Media Planner:

Planning:

• Assist the line manager to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan for full funnel campaigns
• Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals along with recommended ad formats.
• Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels.
• Able to read the data in terms of past performance, benchmarking for upcoming major & tactical campaigns.

Buying:

• Understanding between different funnels & focused on the lower funnel campaign strategies to meet goals like ROAS
• Liaise with digital ad ops (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tracking & implementation for client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing).
• Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others).
• Oversee all performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.) & recommend ways to improve performance.
• Closely monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok etc.
• Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings.

Asia Regional FP&A

• Measure and track business performance in the Asia region on a monthly basis
• Provide monthly regional management P&L reports to the Asia management team 
• Manage key processes of a) annual Budget planning with guidance, key milestones, and target setting, and b) quarterly Forecast updates in collaboration with the Corporate Planning across the Asia region
• Support Head of Finance-Asia to drive initiatives and projects, by partnering with business and functional teams, such as new business models, M&A, and system implementations
• Business partnering and decision-making support for driving expected performances and achieving strategic objectives and financial goals
• Take leadership to optimize cross-functional processes and collaborate to maximize impact on businesses, customers, and teams
• Drive transformation and simplification of business processes with development of mindset to success
• Drive strong collaboration with country finance teams – provide coaching on FP&A related deliverables, business cases analysis, scenario planning and simulations
• Partner with CFU/HF/CF to ensure financial KPIs and reporting requirements
• Perform a standard costing process for Asia RDC operations – manage control principles and procedures in collaboration with SCM team
• Manage Finance master data in existing ERP and for the future SAP project.
• Establish strong functioning FP&A team for Asia Region - lead, coach and develop FP&A analysts

Country FP&A for Singapore/Alliance Cluster

• Perform quarterly forecast, annual budgeting, and monthly performance reviews with reconciliation analysis between actuals and forecasts
• Provide valuable input for decision-making support such as new product launch
• Work with functions to prepare budget / forecasts and consolidate them into country P&L
• Collaborate with Market Access function on pricing strategy and price setting, provide financial analysis to safeguard gross margin and ensure sustainable profitability

Key responsibilities

• As a HR business partner, you will provide counsel on all HR matters and ensure that HR goals are aligned with business’s strategic plans and programs with focus on the following:
• Partnering with leadership teams to develop key strategies and objectives for the organization, ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the organization change management process in response to business strategies.
• Participate in and be a key contributor at key management discussions and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning and budgeting processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely pipelining of quality talent to meet business needs.
• Play a leading role in key HR processes including talent review, compensation, performance management, talent development for the business unit(s).
• Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance and development.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment which encourages the full use of the organization’s diverse talents and abilities.
• Drive employee survey action plans and engagement outcomes including employee retention.
• Drive workforce planning strategy including productivity and workforce effectiveness actions.
• Support any potential HR diligence and integration initiatives as part of overall transformation.
• Support governance framework for employee and labour relations with focus on compliance to local laws and consistent deployment of best practices that maintains harmonious industrial relations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5 years of HR business partnering experience, including 3 years in team leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Personable and approachable while being firm, fair and objective with decisions
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Good analytical and project management skills

Requirements

· over 5+ years’ experience in construction management as a scheduler

· Bachelor’s degree or related field, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a Construction Management Certificate from an accredited university.

· Solid computer skills with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Construction Management Software as well as MS Office, including Outlook, Project, Excel and Word.

· Reads, understands and interprets construction plans, schematics, blueprints, drawings and technical manuals to determine appropriate construction methods.
