Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Job Duties:
▪ Working with a variety of stakeholders to translate regulatory drivers & customer needs into a data centric product specification.
▪ Map out complex data flows and understand the consistencies and differences across data attributes sourced from various systems.
▪ Work alongside Project Manager, Data Scientist and Product Lead (the Project Team) to shape new products.
▪ Produce clear business requirements and functional specification documentation.
▪ Work alongside Data Science and Data Engineering teams to comprehend and map our data landscape.
▪ Research and understand origination of Order and Trade data lineage.
▪ Liaise with Order Management and Trade Management technology and business teams to, list of values, formats etc).
▪ Align Data Product Pipeline with Commercial Business Objectives with a particular emphasis on Regulatory Technology products.
Communication:
▪ Communicates effectively and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Communicate to the Project Team on a regular basis by delivering progress reports both written and verbally.
▪ Coordinate and manage requirements capture, and review workshops with multiple stakeholders.
▪ Communicate with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.

Knowledge & Experience
▪ Experience within OTC Markets working with OTC Data.
▪ Up to date with market data opportunities in the regulatory tech space (MIFID, MAR, FRTB, Trade Surveillance, Record Keeping etc).
▪ Detailed knowledge of trade, order and execution lifecycles from a data and messaging perspective.
▪ Familiar with various execution methods used in the Inter Dealer Broker market (CLOB, Periodic Auction etc).
▪ Extensive cross asset / product experience (Rates, FX, Energy & Commodities, Fixed Income, Credit etc).
▪ Comfortable working with an Agile methodology building rapid prototype(s).
▪ Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence.
▪ Complete proficiency in SQL.
▪ Strong proficiency in Python & R.
▪ Demonstrable knowledge of FIX protocols and JSON messages a distinct advantage.
▪ Experience within the cloud space (AWS, EKS, GCP, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot) a bonus.
▪ BA Accreditation (PM-BMA, CBAP) preferred.
