Job Scope:

Working in the Memorial Facilities and Planning Division within the Public Health Services and Capabilities Group, you will assist to provide after-death care services at government after-death facilities i.e, Choa Chu Kang Cemetery.

• Assist to monitor ground situation and track status of work done and services
• Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays, including overnight shift if necessary.
• Provide directional assistance to member of public visiting the facilities
• Support crowd control at the facilities
• Assist supervisor to perform administrative duties
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor i.e, verification of burial plot

Job Requirements:

• Attend working sessions and interact with clients to address technical queries in person as required.
• Communicate and clarify technical questions via email and phone conversations with clients.
• Proficient in interpreting Shop drawings and Single Line Diagrams.
• Possess knowledge of Basic Testing and Commissioning procedures for equipment and cables.
• Capable of preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessment Plans, schedules, and other necessary project documentation.
• Lead and supervise workers to ensure project progress and adhere to site safety standards.
• Develop and create a transition plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical or Electronics field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.

· Lead and coordinate multiple hospitality projects from concept design inception to completion

· Display a mastery of hotel operator brand standards, both aesthetic and technical aspects, across all categories of premium brands

Reporting to the Director, the incumbent will be responsible for BI strategies development, overseeing BI infrastructure to ensure it is able to support business requirements, ensuring data integrity and practice stringent data governance, translate business requirements into technical BI solutions, and direct and manage BI projects from end to end.

Additionally, the BI manager is also expected to lead a team and stay up to date for BI trends and technologies to identify new opportunities that brings competitive advantage.
