• Project oversight: Manage Digital projects and rollouts for key industry partners, shaping the future of digital platforms

Job Description

• Assist with administration within the Business Development Team.
• Support the EV Team on day to day operation and administrative duties.
• Analyse and report on datas collected from various departments.
• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations for Business Development Team and EV Team.
• Point of contact in Singapore when the Team is overseas.
• Assist and sorting daily attendance and send out attendance report weekly
• Assist in organizing business travel & accommodation (eg., Application of VISA, booking and schedule flight and hotel etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum with Bachelors Degree in Business or any related field.
• Singaporeans are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experiences with Project Coordination, Preperation of Tender Documents, Liaising with various stakeholders, and Internal Performance Analysis.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, Powerpoint & Outlook).
• Report generation with a good eye for details to ensure report accuracies.
• Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow-up skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and being able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Lead or Lead Business Analyst as a Functional Analyst
• Perform business and functional analysis (end to end) for cash management services with regards to the reporting platform and products for Asia Pacific countries
• Provide viable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and delivers business initiatives that are in line with solutions
• Produce requirements in the form of user stories to vendors and review vendor FS (where applicable), review and sign off the artefacts and solutions produced by the vendor (where applicable). Drive user story grooming with vendors and closes all doubts from vendors
• Identify and map information requirement between the bank internal systems and external parties i.e. clearing house, partner banks, local service providers or outsourced service providers and continuously update the application interface specification
• Escalate issues in an effective manner and resolve these in conjunction with the rest of the team and/or the vendor
• Review SIT cases, analyse defect(s) raised by the test team; liaise with internal Product Owner and/or vendors on fixes delivery dates
• Define UAT cases/plan and be a liaison between project stakeholders and testing team during the testing phase. Ensure defects reported are tracked, follow-up and closed timely. Establish and maintain close communication with business and operations to support day-to-day operations

To succeed in this Business Analyst - Reporting Platform (12 months contract) role, you will need strong experience as an IT Business Analyst and functional exposure to cash management domain specifically towards reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, team spirit, exceptional customer serving attitude. Operations experience is an advantage
• Must have experience in reviewing designs from technical teams/vendors (where applicable)
• Able to review solutions from technical teams/vendors (from a functional view point that it fulfils the requirements objectively)
• Hands-on experience in supporting and clarifying SIT/UAT, regression testing and rehearsal testing
• Able to work independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions and escalate in timely manner
• Able to support and plan for users’ participation in deployments and implementation of users sanity and/or penny testing (PVT)
