• To liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to all site related issues.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MES Recipe Designer with extensive experience in Siemens OpCenter MES to join our team on a one-year contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing MES recipes to optimize manufacturing processes, specifically in pharmaceutical and vaccine plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recipe Development: Design and develop MES recipes using Siemens OpCenter MES to meet manufacturing requirements.
• System Integration: Integrate MES recipes with other systems such as ERP, PLM, and shop floor equipment.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for MES recipes and related processes.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of MES recipes to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MES recipes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
• Prepares preliminary master schedule for pre-tender, tender and contract programmes.
• Prepares and maintains an intergrated schedule of drawings, procurement, construction, test & trials, integrated logistic plan using Primavera P6.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading using Primavera P6.
• Identify descrepancies, delay and provide recovery schedule to Project Manager.
• Assist with the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, inclusing S-Curves, progress trackers and programming health checks.
• Prepares receovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advise on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 -3 years experience in the same field or equivalent
• Must have Primavera P6 Certificate
