Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Support Engineer with a foundational understanding of Unix and Java. This role requires a willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, to provide round-the-clock support.

• To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.

Your Background

1. Linux; Unix Shell Scripting: Proficiency in Linux operating system.
   Strong knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting for system administration and automation tasks.
2. SQL (MYSQL/MSSQL): Expertise in SQL databases, including MYSQL and MSSQL.
   Ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
3. Java/Web-based: Extensive hands-on experience in Java programming.

Work hours is normal working hours, but candidate must be able to stay longer based on the issues. Must be able to work weekends if there are any production releases or any failures over the weekend jobs.
