• Take a leadership role in guiding the development team and stakeholders through product design, testing, and implementation processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation for larger projects.
• Lead in facilitating focus groups and workshops to gather user input and feedback.
• Oversee the UAT process and work closely with stakeholders to ensure proper testing and implementation.
• Manage the project’s scope and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Proven experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Extreme Programming) and UX development environments.
• Experience with business process software systems and complex software implementations.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and teams.
• Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, and BPM modeling techniques.
• Certification as Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale product development projects, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and effectively communicated to stakeholders and development teams.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, working closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, and development teams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and product development activities, driving continuous improvements in both processes and outcomes.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, working with business users to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and requirements.
• Take the lead in scope management, issue resolution, and project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive business process changes, identify gaps, and ensure that changes are incorporated into the product design and implementation.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of the Product Backlog and Project RAID Log.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management in software development projects.
• Deep experience with Agile project methodologies, UX design processes, and large-scale business system implementations.
• Proven track record in leading product development teams and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-making.
• Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and BPM modeling techniques.
• Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional is highly desirable.

Job Title: Product Manager - Associate Consultant

Salary: $7,800.00

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Elicitation & Management:Engage with stakeholders to identify and understand the requirements of software systems.
  Participate in product conceptualization sessions to elicit requirements.
  Document business/user requirements and translate them into user stories for development.
  Continuously clarify and review requirements with stakeholders through walkthroughs.
  Work with developers to interpret and implement the requirements technically.
  
• Product Design & Testing:Analyze requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, business models, and processes.
  Collaborate with Product Owner on project schedules, issues, and escalation management.
  Provide inputs to the development team for product implementation.
  
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Work with UX designers and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate, and monitor progress and acceptance.
  
• Documentation & Process Improvement:Ensure completion of necessary documentation and filings to facilitate software development.
  Continuously identify ways to improve operations and streamline work processes in collaboration with users' departments.
  
• Project Management (for smaller projects):Create project status reports and communication materials.
  Develop project proposals to secure funding and justify resource allocations.
  Manage project scope and stakeholders’ expectations.
  Escalate issues to the right people in a timely manner.
  Maintain and refine the Product Backlog.
  Maintain the Project RAID Log and follow up on action items.
  

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 2 years of experience as a business analyst in software development projects.
• Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking and technical writing.
• Ability to develop business cases and user stories.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP), UX development, and workshop facilitation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, and BPM modeling techniques is a plus.
• Certification as Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional is an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
