• New product planning:

As a Product Yield Analysis (PYA) ESDA Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., your primarily responsibilities will be setup ESDA for new products, maintain and enhance ESDA systems, drive alignment across fabs on how ESDA data is collected, stored, analyzed and reported.
