The role of Chief of Staff, Cloud, APAC will report directly to the Vice President, Google Cloud APAC. • Partner with the Google Cloud Vice President to design, align, operationalize, and execute global/APAC programs and initiatives for the APAC Cloud ecosystem.
• Manage engagement and expectations with key internal stakeholders to anticipate business needs and maximise APAC “voice of field/customer.”
• Run executive rhythm of business cadence (staff meetings, all hands, offsites) and ensure follow-up actions for leadership meetings for Google Cloud APAC Vice President.
• Drive Internal Comms team responsible for creating content for the Vice President for internal events. Proactively shape and guide Internal Comms strategy for APAC leadership in partnership with Internal Comms, External Comms and Global Executive Ops teams.

• 5+ years direct experience in go-to-market for a hyperscaler, with strong experience in B2B enterprise.

JOB PURPOSE

Manage the Structured Products platform and own the P/L. Drive the product strategy by targeting both Wealth Management and Corporate customers and providing executable product ideas to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors. For the product platform, the focus is on robustness, control and compliance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Advisory

· Package executable market ideas with inputs from Bank’s research, industry intelligence and market trends;

· Drive investment themes and product focus, giving color and depth to the frontline RM and IC with actionable focus to maneuver the markets;

· Educate RM and IC on structured products;

· Be a recognized authority within the Bank in structured products.

Sales

· Drive the structured products business and be responsible for the structured products revenue to contribute towards overall investment products revenue.

· Provide RM and IC with trading ideas, market information and sales tools in both English and Traditional Chinese;

· Develop marketing materials on structured products;

· Make timely actionable calls in relation to market development and books, to help frontline manage clients’ portfolios;

Product Management

· Manage day-to-day product marketing for structured products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies;
