• Specialisation 2: Well rounded, multi-disciplinary mechanical work, electrical power and control system, chemical process applications and equipment operating system, some IT and network
• Specialisation 3: Executive assigned job or work such as in-house testing, site commissioning, site modification, site maintenance, customer training and site survey.
• Plan for jobs and organise work pro-actively at least 1 week in advance to ensure high utilisation rate. Shut down jobs maybe planned 1-2 months ahead
• Respond to customers requested or initiate potential for job and prepare costing based on the scope for quotation generated by service planner
• Study and discuss internally on the drawings, specification and manuals of assigned Analyzer or Analyzer System to understand their function and operations.
• Using in-house database, select and prepare testing procedure, checklist and testing report. Customise to specific requirements when necessary
• Prepare tools and material in advance to ensure the site work can be complete effectively and timely
• Perform the testing, site commissioning, troubleshooting or maintenance jobs accordingly to test procedures and checklist considering site and safety requirements and constraints
• Ensure customers reports are submitted and signed at the end of each day work so that invoice can be processed
• Technical, Safety, Company Operation, Soft Skill Training and on-the-job training & local overseas analyser training
• Traveling to ASEAN countries overseas job may be required depending on demand

Key Responsibilities

• Help with New Production Introduction tasks: develop manufacturing processes, design tools, create schedules, control costs, support sourcing, qualify quality, support tests, reduce product costs, and introduce products into the supply chain.
• Lead technical aspects of manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, mechanical assemblies, inspections, and testing, including designing tools and fixtures.
• Utilise knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methods.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to successfully complete and make projects profitable.
• Collect data and create manufacturing solutions and documents to support OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators as needed.
