Job Duties:

• Operate machinery and equipment for tasks such as slicing, portioning, and deshelling seafood products according to quality standards
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on processed seafood products to guarantee compliance with established quality standards
• Identify and address any deviations from quality specifications, reporting issues to the team leads promptly
• Collaborate with the Quality Check Coordinator team to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area, following sanitation procedures and regulations
• Participate in regular safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety awareness
• Operate and monitor processing equipment efficiently and report any malfunctions or irregularities
