Job Overview:
Hisense, a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Air Conditioning product line. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring that Hisense’s air conditioning solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Hisense’s air conditioning systems, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer demands.
· Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to market launch, working closely with R&D, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient solutions.
· Distribution Development: Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to expand and optimize Hisense's distribution channels, ensuring product availability and effective market reach.
· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences, ensuring that Hisense’s air conditioning products are well-positioned to meet consumer needs.
· Pricing & Positioning: Develop pricing strategies that optimize market penetration while maintaining profitability, and position the product effectively in key markets.
· Marketing Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop integrated marketing plans based on brand resources and product selling points.
· Planning & Management: Formulate sales and production plans based on market analysis, terminal shipment data, and channel sales forecasts.
· Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and end-of-life, ensuring long-term profitability and product relevance.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and on-time delivery to customers.
· Customer Feedback & Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product design and performance, ensuring Hisense’s air conditioning solutions meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
· Financial Performance: Manage product P&L, budget allocation, and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with Hisense’s business goals and profitability targets.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in HVAC, air conditioning, or a related field.
· Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of air conditioning technology, including energy efficiency, smart systems, and sustainability.
· Skills: Proven ability in market analysis, product development, and cross-functional project management.
· Financial Acumen: Strong experience in managing product P&L, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present product strategies effectively.
· Leadership: Capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving project success from concept to completion.
· Language Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read) and English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
