JOB PURPOSE:

1. In charge of transactional banking business of SEA branches including Singapore Branch, Vietnam Branch and India Branch
2. To supervise and assist in daily jobs of the Product Sales team
3. To assist product managers in designing and developing new products for local market

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Co-work with product team in headquarters and Business Units to set up target of the team and ensure the achievement
2. Understanding Transactional Banking business in different markets and formulate product marketing strategies
3. Leveraging CTBC’s network to promote cross border deals/transactions
4. To ensure Product Sales team operates smoothly
5. To assist Product Sales / Relationship Manager in raising product gap/development needs for each market to product manager in headquarters
6. To visit customers with relationship managers and promote Cash Management & Trade Finance products.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

1. Minimum 10 years relevant experience
2. Leading the team to work efficiently and smoothly
3. Able to cooperate with Business Units closely and communicate with the head office product team smoothly
4. Equipped with product knowledge and familiar with Transactional Banking market
5. May deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and documents. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential

Responsibilities:

-Manage the product catalogue including but not limited to pricing, product specifications and

sales quotations for respective customers to.

-Provide administrative support to commercial team.

-Assist with consolidation and tracking of customer order.

-Co-ordinate and assist to conduct regular competitors’ price survey for comparison.

-Assist with Stock Inventory Management and Reporting

-Assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation

-Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of product codes for each customer.

-Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for system maintenance.

-Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

-Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore.

-Working knowledge of Basic Accounting or Inventory software will be an added advantage.

-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

-Proficient in Microsoft application especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup)

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $2500-3200(Depending on experience)

-Working Hours: 5 days work week

-Entitled to 12 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave

• SME Scale-up: Implement plans to win additional market share and share of wallet. Drive actions to scale up the SME business via new client acquisition and product usage. Leverage data analytics to identify new leads.

• Use digital marketing and acquisition tools to enable clients to be onboarded quickly and efficiently. Develop and implement plans to gain greater business traction in markets like HK, Taiwan, Indonesia and India.

• Digital: Drive efforts to maximize the use digital channels for client acquisition, transactions, and ongoing engagements.

• Partnerships: Leverage partnerships with other product partners, ERP platforms, card networks, insurance partners and others to help deliver better solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the day to day sales of 3rd party distribution in APAC region & execution of sales targets to distribution partners
• Monitor performance and progress weekly and monthly
• Share updates on the region and activities to create demand to end customers.
• Work closely with regional sales colleagues on opportunities
• Assuring transfer of product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders (company employees and dealer/end customer)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma with at least 5-10 years of product sales experience with MNC
• Industry knowledge, culinary/kitchen operations experience an asset.
• Good understanding of regional commercial process, sales, , distribution development and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with different audiences quickly.
• Business/financial acumen.
