Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
- Communicate a product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
- Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams for product launches and client engagements
Requirements:
- A Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or Marketing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in software application as a service or gaming domain
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products including the cross-functional leadership needed to ensure all dimensions of the business case for products are met
- Understanding of customer experience principles and best practices (e.g. Design Thinking Principle)
- Experience with UX design principles and user research methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies, sprints, feature releases and product management tools
- Ability to take a leadership role, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple priorities
