We are seeking a Head of Product Growth to lead our team in expanding and optimizing our product's market presence, specifically for MiChat APP (Indonesian and Malay language). This role requires significant growth experience, encompassing strategic initiatives in user acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing and promotion plans for Southeast Asia markets, aiming to acquire targeted users, drive conversion, retention, and monetization, and manage traffic diversion.
· Utilize data analysis to explore key effective channels and methods for acquiring new users, and continuously optimize these strategies.
· Internally build user segmentation systems through data analysis and develop corresponding refined operational strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in growing projects from inception (0) to implementation (1).
· Preferably experienced in user operations, user growth, and data analysis; experience in growing overseas tool products is an advantage.
· Possesses strong business acumen, logical thinking, and data analysis skills to identify and address daily business challenges and opportunities with targeted solutions.
· Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and strong self-motivation, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and strong execution ability.
· Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this position, as you will be working daily with counterparts based in China who communicate exclusively in their native language.
