Responsibilities:

• Use various measurement techniques/methods to determine the desirable suppliers.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance as needed.
• Adjust lead times for commodities based on monitoring results.
• Plan and schedule work execution, using internal or subcontracted services, and track progress.
• Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop specifications for competitive procurement of complex items.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Safety, Purchasing, and Engineering departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities related to building management.
• Ensure infrastructure is well-maintained and facilities are safe and operational.
• Manage outsourced service providers for facility-related issues.
• Handle third-party contract management and negotiations.
• Inspect building structures for necessary repairs or renovations.
• Conduct risk and reliability assessments.
• Create and manage department operating and capital budgets.
• Establish and enforce facilities policies and procedures.
• Plan and schedule maintenance-related shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with code and environmental regulations for all facility activities.
• Manage activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
• Review utilities consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate capital expenditure projects within the company, including machine transfers.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Degree or equivalent
• Min 10 years of working experience in facilities management exposure

Job Scope:

1. Carry out media production services such as photo taking, video production (from storyboarding, filming to editing) and graphic design, including whatsapp stickers.
2. Assist in any other media duties as assigned by the Communications, Head of Department

Job Requirements:

• Be familiar with cameras, lighting and sound equipment
• Show high competency in video editing skills using Adobe Adobe Premiere Pro and adobe suite of products
• Show competency in photography skills
• Show competency in videography skills.
• Show Creativity in content creation
• Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
• Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS5 and CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Good photography skills (eg. take well composed picture and make use of camera's settings to capture the image desired) ; also includes post-processing skills; edit and enhance images using adobe photoshop
• Good videography skills (eg. take well composed video) & manage the video production process from storyboarding to filming and editing.
• Organise shooting schedules for video and photography
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
• Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

Working Arrangement:

Contract Period: From 01 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2025

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Salary: $2800-$3100/Month

Location: Near Farrer Road MRT Station
