Supplier Management:

  Ensure vendor compliance with corporate standards, including code of conduct and quality certificates.
• Resolve nonconformance issues and discrepancies with vendors and stakeholders through root cause analysis and pragmatic solutions.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor list and contribute to vendor performance reviews.
• Support material safety data sheet (SDS) and good supplier quality (GSQ) processes.

Requirements:

• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in direct procurement, ideally within the chemicals industry or a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in tasks such as planning, order fulfillment, import freight booking and clearance, as well as warehousing and storage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the chemicals industry.
