What we need from you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum NITEC Level 2 certification in Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical, or Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Instrument construction/ Maintenance in oil & gas, chemical/ petrochemical or related industries.
• Knowledge in basic control system and/or functional logic is an advantage.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot instrument and control system malfunctions.
• Experience with calibration of industrial instrumentation.
• Understanding of control system principles (PLC, DCS) and communication protocols (OPC, Fieldbus, Modbus, HART, Vnet).
• Able to understand PID and have knowledge of instrumentation and control element
• Basic understanding of server system administration, including troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• SAP (GSAP) knowledge in Maintenance Module.
• Experience in field work interfacing and stakeholder’s engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration and managing contractors and vendors.
• Able to work in Team environment as well as standalone when need arises.

Scope of work:

1. Clearing of paper, card, passbook, and cash jams;
2. Replenishing nearly depleted paper and other consumables such as receipt printer paper and printer ribbons;
3. Basic remedial maintenance, which consists of servicing obvious items that will prevent a repeat or subsequent FLM call;
4. General cleaning of the ATM, ATM+, BTM and CDM exterior, display screen, fascia and immediate surrounding area while on-site for the provision of other FLM services;
5. Reporting site problems such as lighting, facility or environmental conditions to Customer;
6. Initial on-site investigation of network related incidents;
7. Provide SST safe / vault access to SLM if required;
8. Suspend call for SLM when required (i.e., issue beyond FLM such as parts replacement);
9. Report vandalism incidents to relevant parties based on established process;
10. Retrieval of retained passbooks and cards when on-site for a remedial call;
11. Ad-hoc special attendance to site to collect captured cards or passbooks;
12. Escalation of vandalism to Customer
13. FLM is required to perform OT maximum 2 hours when required by customer

Job requirements:

· ITE graduate or equivilant

Able to work 10hrs rotation shift and weekend/PH.

• Perform PM, CM and BM of vehicles;

• Ensure the maintenance services and quality work is carried out with high quality in-accordance with the guidelines and report to workshop supervisor for necessary technical assistance;

• To complete the job within the specified time given;

• Conduct diagnostic check, troubleshooting, automotive transmission and engine overhaul if required;

• Maintain the tools and equipment well;

Job Summary

Laboratory Technician reports to the Laboratory Manager and supports laboratory operations by:

• Carrying out standard laboratory tests.
• Assisting more senior laboratory technicians in carrying out non-standard laboratory tests.
• Preparing and cleaning up test settings within time, budget and quality requirements.
• Working within clearly defined standard operating procedures.
• Works with close supervision.
• Requires preparatory vocational education (VMBO) and limited prior relevant training or work experience.

About the Role

• Carry out laboratory tests and provide results of the soil samples taken from onshore or offshore.
• Assist project manager and engineers with onboard routine test result and data processing.
• Ensure traceability and proper handling of soil samples.
• Mobilise and demobilise equipment for projects.
• Perform inventory and maintenance checks.
• Ensure the process conforms to customer, statutory and management system requirements.
• Perform other laboratory related operations as and when required.
• Perform routine laboratory tests on vessel during offshore soil investigations.

About you

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / G.C.E. “O” or “N” Level or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in soil testing industry.
• Good analytical ability, organisational and time management skills.
• Self-driven, possess excellent team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably proficient in MS office applications.
• Willing to work on vessel for offshore site investigation work.
• Willing to travel to other countries for work purposes as and when requested by the company.
