As a Maintenance Engineer (Senior / Assistant), you are responsible for maintaining and repairing the heavy machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in the manufacturing, engineering and other industrial production processes. 13. Responsible for control of maintenance cost, procurement of new components for existing equipment, or replacing the entire set of machines after a prescribed period of usage is complete.
14. Ensure all ISO documentations relating to Maintenance of plant machineries are up-to-date.
15. Report to Production Manager and Top Management on the performance of the quality management system including opportunities for improvements.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in maintenance in an automation / equipment manufacturing environment. OR
2. Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in maintenance in an automation / equipment manufacturing environment.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic operation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the clinic’s facilities to the highest standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients and staff. As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will provide supervision and work on the facilities maintenance of all the clinics and external compound areas.

Job Description

• Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems and facilities, including (but not limited to) plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractor(s) for maintenance and servicing, renovations and repairs
• Project management/coordination for new and existing clinics
• Accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules, etc
• Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain of existing systems and IT equipment
• Providing Logistics support and coordination for clinics, ensuring that the clinics are adequately stocked

Requirements

• Preferably 1-3 years working experience in facilities management and/or IT support
• Class 3 driving licence preferred
• Computer literate and willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology
• Excellent organisation skills, able to meet deadline and detail oriented
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance on all the equipment in plant as per instruction
• Inspect and do corrective action on the equipment.
• Updating of preventive maintenance records like checklist history card
• Recording Jobs on log book day to day activities
• To minimize break down and down time of the equipment by problem identification
• Overhaul and service fans, blowers, different types of pumps/motors and other equipment
• Installation of new equipment and inspection for reliable operation

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in Process Plant
• Hands on skills required

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technician (Building and Facilities Maintenance) located in Ubi Road. Our clients are in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for maintaining facility systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems, through routine checks and hands-on repairs. The individual will coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure the building remains operational. Additionally, they will supervise vendors during renovations to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure quality work. Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, sponsor and supervise contract service provider to performance work activities

- Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, housekeeping and quality

- Plan, schedule and perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities on mechanical equipment and system

- Troubleshoot and attend to abnormalities in support of Operations in a timely manner
