Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Project Delivery  

• In charge of end-to-end project development lifecycle(s):
• Gather user requirements from the client
• Scope the project in terms of technical requirements, product specifications, deliverables, performance SLAs and timelines
• Plan project milestones and resources required
• Provide cost estimates for budget approval
• Lead development sprint cycles to schedule and monitor:
• Data collection, annotation and pre-processing activities  
• Model training and iterative improvement activities
• Model performance validation activities
• SDK integration activities 
• Quality assurance checks activities 
• Draft project SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Draft release notes
• Lead and coach the development team to achieve successful outcomes 
• Manage project scope and schedule
• Oversee internal cost control
• Ensure quality assurance across the project deliverables 
• Oversee Issue and Risk Management
• Evaluation, scoping, and impact assessment (timelines, budget) for Change Requests
• Provide timely escalations and propose suitable mitigation actions to the Product Owner

Collaborate with Functional Teams to Support Project Outcomes

• Work closely with the Data Science and Engineering teams to schedule and action the project activities
• Partner with the Finance and Legal team to ensure timely follow-ups with contractual and financial matters
• Partner with the HR team for staffing requirements
• Manage third-party vendor(s) to ensure timely delivery of services as per project timeline

Act as ViSenze’s Point of Contact with Client(s)

• Cultivate strong relationships with client(s) and client partner(s), actively engaging them to align project outcomes, deliverables, and implementation plans
• Provide advice and support to the client

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least 3 years of client-facing project/program management experience in AI/ML specific projects
• Understanding of machine learning and data science knowledge
• Process strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and data-driven problem solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Hands-on experience in data science projects

• Able to create Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) BIM model using Revit with high level of accuracy independently.
• Able to independently carry out clash analysis of the MEP services and resolve clashes if any
• Responsible for MEP BIM Project setup and Maintenance of BIM model
• Able to independently create the necessary 3D BIM Revit libraries and families for MEP, piping and accessories such as valves, etc
• Responsible for generating MEP COBie using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare CAD drawings such as detailed plan, elevation, detail and section, isometric drawings, 3D drawings, single-line, double-line and schematic drawings
• Preparation of tender drawings
• Sketch and design the layout of MEP services and routings of MEP services with consideration of space for maintenance and operation
• Ability to carry out E20 cooling load calculations, sizing and selection of ACMV equipment (chillers, pumps cooling towers), perform fan static pressure loss and pump head calculations, fire sprinkler hydraulic calculations etc

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 8 years of experience in MEP drafting using 3D BIM (Autodesk Revit) and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Commercial projects experience is preferred.
• Experience working in A1 main contractor environment
• Well versed with strong techniques in Autocad, 3D BIM Revit in MEP and other 3D software
• Proficient in MS Suites
• Able to work on site (currently : east of Singapore - Cross Island Line
