Contracts Management:

• Analyze tenders and quotations, and recommend contractor appointments for approval.

Customer Service:

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries.
• Ensure the maintenance team takes swift action to provide repairs and updates to tenants.

Energy Conservation:

• Assist in developing and implementing energy conservation strategies to enhance building efficiency.

Management Reports:

• Assist in preparing monthly management reports.

Cost Control:

• Help prepare the annual operations and capital budget.
• Review and monitor operational costs, recommending cost-saving measures.
• Ensure cost control functions are carried out effectively and that works are completed satisfactorily within budget.

Staff Management:

• Assist in training, motivating, and developing a strong maintenance team.
• Set individual and team targets, driving the team to achieve goals.

Carpark Management:
