Job duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect production areas according to ISO 22000 and customer requirements, feedback to relevant departments on any rectification required.
• Maintain and update documentation, records for ISO 22000 and act as a Food Safety Team Member.
• Perform outgoing goods inspection.
• Conduct physical, microbiological analysis for finished food products and environmental monitoring of facility and personnel.
• Work with R&D chef for shelf-life testing and conduct trend analysis when required.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratory on sample submission where required.
• Highlight any abnormalities detected during analysis, review and investigate as required.
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis where required.
• Upkeep of laboratory consumables and cleanliness.
• Responsible for verification of cleaning chemical concentration.
• Conduct customer complaint investigation and prepare corrective action report where required.
• Coordinate and provide support in all internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Act as Qualified Personnel (QP) for food export processes and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g. SFA, HPB).
• Perform assigned tasks and work to achieve company goals and department objectives.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology or similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role / Microbiological Laboratory preferably from the food industry.
• Knowledge in ISO 22000 Food Management System, GMP, GLP and ICP.
• Positive working attitude, analytical, willingness to learn, team player, initiative and effective interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual will have an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Perform various activities and tasks required in the tablet and capsule final packing equipment.

· Operate all relevant equipment, clean, assemble and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.

· Perform and maintain the documentation of operations in accordance with cGMP requirement.

· Operate the equipment appropriately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure / batch document.

· Perform online monitoring of in process parameters / checks throughout the batch.

· Complete all relevant records and other documentation required for packing and related equipment in the work area.

· Perform all activities in accordance with cGMP.

· Maintain the cleanliness of work area to ensure cGMP compliance.

· Perform all other relevant duties required to meet the schedule.

· Check relevant material and product details against batch document.

· Co-ordination with Engineering for break down rectification of both primary and secondary packing lines

· Involve in equipment / process qualification.

· Participate in investigation of process deviation, cGMP and all other compliance related matters, where applicable.

· Ensure compliance with GxP / Safety / Quality policies.

REQUIREMENT

· Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.

· Experience in bottle or blister oral solid dosage packing is preferred.

· A good team player with a positive learning attitude.

· Willing to work in Tuas area, in cleanroom environment with full gowning.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Minimum GCE 'O' level or NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biotechnology / Biomedical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines

· With 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.

· Entry level NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma candidates are welcome to apply.

• Oversees and ensures that Company office is well maintained in cleanliness
• Prepare of shipping documentation and certificate upon client's requirement.
• Prepare project costing
• Preparing and arranging for courier services
• Process all confirm sales order from Sales Personnel
• Process and Prepare Purchase Order (System/Manual)
• Process Sales order , Delivery Order and Invoicing
• Support sales persons on general administrative and customer service
• System Invoicing for goods delivered
• Update project Costing from Supplier
• Updating of Sales Order Excel Sheet for (DO & INV record)
• Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proudly represent the company in all areas, present all information regarding global service possibilities and new products in our offer
• Perform inspection and provide maintenance of all Marine Fire Safety products (fixed and portable Fire systems, portable equipment)
• Reporting any conditions that negatively impact the quality of the services to the supervisor
• Reporting any delays in the service schedule to the supervisor
• Recording the correct usage of spare parts from inventory
• Prepares required paperwork for certificates
• Provide technical assistance as needed to Service Planner
• Recording the correct usage of spare parts from inventory
• Inspect and maintenance of Company property (equipmentand tools)

Additional task include:

• Assist other departments when manpower requirements warrant this and asdesignated by your supervisor
• Give input to your supervisor on improvement of ourservice process when you become aware of such opportunities
• Keeping the company’s premises in a clean and presentable condition, which includes cleaning up the workspace and storage areas (inside and outside thebuilding) and depositing waste in the appropriate dumpster
• Condemn and dispose of MFS items as instructed by yoursupervisor

• Able to work on the Customer’s / vessels schedule (weekends, overtime)
