WHAT YOU WILL DO

JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate and work alongside a team of 3rd Party Service Provider Personnel in performing warehouse and logistics activities in receiving, sampling, shipping, staging, storing, issuing, pack-out, inventory counting, transportation and documents processing related to materials movements.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide guidance to Warehouses Personnel and 3rd Part Service Provider on proper and safe handling of materials, compliance to cGMP practices/procedures, accurate entry and maintenance of inventory transaction records. (as per assigned).
• Coordinate weekly microbiology test and quarterly swab-test of the pack-out rooms and isolators (as per assigned)
• Receive incoming materials. Verify incoming materials against the delivery note/document. Stage materials received neatly and transfer to storage locations. Route documents for the materials received to the appropriate departments for further processing. Record and report any variance versus the delivery note/document.
• Assemble and stage materials per production pick list and issue the materials to the appropriate plants. Accurately document all transactions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform pack-out activities and observe the cleanliness requirements in the pack-out work area. Perform sanitation and cleaning of pack-out rooms and isolators. Record and document the operating temperature and relative humidity of the work area. Accurately document the pack-out transactions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform sampling operation and observe the cleanliness requirements in the sampling booth. Perform sanitation and cleaning of sampling booth. Accurately document the sampling operation activities. and file the documents accordingly.
• Assemble and stage materials per the shipment packing list and hand-over the goods to designate freight forwarding agent. Accurately complete shipping document in accordance with shipping instructions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Operate pallet truck, stacker, forklift and other material handling equipment. Handle all materials according to safety, health and environmental procedures with special attention to the handling of hazardous chemicals and store materials in accordance to its controlled storage requirements.
• Conduct inventory counts as required and record the variances in accordance to operating procedures.

Qualification:

• GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
• Experience and knowledge in materials handling, operating of materials handling equipment, basic safety knowledge.
• Must have good understanding of procedure/ document system used for materials movements.

Other Personal Attributes:

• Able speaks, read and write simple English; and perform basic mathematics.
• Familiar with applicable regulations and guidelines, example: inventory control and handling of dangerous goods.
• Familiarized with cGMP working environment.

• Minimum 5year experience in tower crane troubleshooting/servicing
• Minimum education : Diploma
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Chinese language is a plus
• Able to work in the construction site under hot sun
• Not afraid of height
• Preferably can work OT include weekends
• Monthly salary : S$2,200 2,500

QC - 12-hr Day Shift:

• Inspect incoming raw materials and final products.
• Evaluate new source of raw materials
• Prepare product certificate of analysis
• Carry out calibration and maintenance of equipment and housekeeping of the QC laboratories
• Participate in quality and environment assurance operations
• Participate in investigation of product and process problem, customer complaint and any other quality related issue.
• Participate in continuous improvement program in QEHS

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Science
• Candidates with ‘O’ or ‘A’ level with relevant working experiences may apply
• Relevant working experience in QC/QA
• Good organization and time management skills
• Able to work independently

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Job Purpose:

The Day/ Shift Maintenance Technician is responsible for the IPT maintenance and utility operation activities, but also other areas of the site if required.

• Operates the facility, utility, and HVAC system in the manufacturing and facility areas.
• Supports the equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities of corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Ensures compliance in terms of the cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and safety & environment while performing the maintenance and operation activities.
• Provides technical expertise for maintenance-related initiatives and improvements.

Manufacturing Excellence

Operation and Maintenance

• To support day-to-day shift activities, including planned and unplanned/ emergency troubleshooting, and effectively hand over the shift with proper communication. Escalation of the issues to supervisor, engineer, or maintenance manager.
• To provide technical support/assistance including fault diagnosis in close coordination with the maintenance team, process team, and external vendor(s) to enable the process equipment to maximize their operation. Initiates a follow-up corrective action to ensure continued safe and reliable plant operation.
• Follow standard work instructions as per preventive and corrective maintenance job plan, forms and checklist.
• Ensure equipment breakdown(s) is resolved in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensures to carry out all maintenance tasks as per the quality and safety requirements.
• Ensures maintenance work areas are met the housekeeping,5S standards, fundamental SHE requirements (protects people, and company assets), and supports solutions to improve asset utilization.
• Ensures the presence of safety risk assessment and follows its instructions while performing a maintenance task.
• Perform/Support the shop floor real-time problem solving (RTPS) and come up with effective CAPA to prevent the reoccurrence of events.

Site Equipment Contract Services

• Supports execution of all the Pharm plant equipment reliability and maintenance (R&M) service contracts, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, HVAC, and Facility maintenance
• Executes maintenance activities with vendors, contractors.

Change Control

• Participates in ECC field walk-down, including as-built P&IDs and HAZOP reviews, and completes the required action items associated with them.

SOP, Documentation, and Training

• Ensure 100% training completion based on the required training program.
• Support the development and revision of the maintenance operation Job Aids and Job plans.
• Support the continuous improvement, simplification, and optimization of documentation.
• Support the conducting job training for new technicians as and when required.

The incident, Event, Deviation, Atypical, and OOT Investigations

• Ensures all equipment OOT findings are documented appropriately and support an investigation.

Continuous Improvements

• Involves Lean Six Sigma Tools (such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, and 5S) to support execution of continuous improvement and OE projects intended to increase agility, flow, and throughput, while also reducing cycle time and inventory.

Financial Stewardship

• Undertakes activities to support the realization of production, cost-effectiveness, and product cost reduction targets set in the Profit Plan, with particular emphasis on spare parts and consumables inventory and cost and reducing waste.
• Support maintenance cost optimization programs, including spare parts inventory levels, and equipment breakdown

Quality / SHE Stewardship

Quality

• Ensures all planned and unplanned maintenance activities are completed according to established procedures and all associated documentation is completed to a high standard and compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
• Implements assigned corrective actions as documented following regulatory inspections and internal audits
• Participates in internal and external audits for any maintenance activities.
• Supports all assigned deviation, event, atypical, and customer complaint investigations and ensures any assigned actions are effectively implemented within the agreed time frame in a way that continually improves processes, prevents waste, and eliminates rework

Safety, Health & Environment

• Ensures that all daily activities are carried out by SHE requirements
• Demonstrates and promotes SHE leadership behaviors and engages employees and contractors at all levels on SHE issues
• Ensures that vendor and contractor are carried out the maintenance work with SHE requirement standard.

• Develops and updates annual personal action plan and Employee Development Plan (EDP) with their Manager and aligned with the Performance Management Process as required.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Qualification:

• An ITE or diploma or Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc Eng.) or Bachelor of Science (e.g. Chemistry, Physics) with related working experience.
• Professional certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing industry is preferred

This is a career conversion programme under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the following criteria and are open to the following conditions:

• Singaporeans/Singapore PRs only
• PMETs/Mid-Careerist with more than 2 years working experience
• Open to two years contract
• 12 hours rotating shift (day/night) including Sat/Sun. Shift allowance will be provided

The Position:

• Support supply chain projects, and business contingency projects; duties include planning and execution of lab trials
• Responsible for managing inventory and keeping sufficient stock of raw materials, ingredients, lab consumables and packaging materials across the natural center
• Ensure lab equipment are calibrated, maintained and in operational status
• Maintain lab equipment including liaison with suppliers and internal departments for repair and servicing
• Assist team in preparation of sensory validations, and general lab work
• Assist with disposal of waste materials, chemicals and raw materials safely according to internal EHS guidelines
• Assist with collection of parcels, packing & arrangement of samples for despatch
• Assist in basic testing of products, e.g. pH, brix etc
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor degree in Applied Science, Chemistry or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience will be preferred
• Be a safety advocate for yourself and the team
• Knowledge and handling of chemicals will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites especially Excel
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians to run the daily operation issues, routine
• Conducting quality checks/ troubleshooting on the aircon system to ensure everything is up to standard and rectify the problem on-site.
• Diagnose and repair of faulty equipment, damaged parts and air-conditioning system.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including checking, maintenance servicing, repair job and installation of the air-conditioning system.
• Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Complete all jobs assigned daily

Requirements:

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License
• General Knowledge on Air Conditioning Systems.
• Knowing how to perform Servicing, Installation and Repairing would be preferred.
