- Monitor and administer time keeping of direct site & subcontractors staff TMIS

- Assist Site Manager in all procurement activities like to raise PR, Quotation enquiry, Etc.,

- Maintaining of Training Database Management.

- Generate Monthly, Weekly reports for training frequently / Statistics for projects

Requirements

- Minimum N Level certification or equivalent with credits (C6) and above) for English, Mathematics and at least 1 Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Combined Science)

- Relevant work experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

-Liaise with immediete Supervisor & SHE Supervisor in any high risks work to be carried out.

-Maintain good Housekeping at end of work completion.

-Perform electrical equipment installation and maintenance work as per client's electrical drawings and specification.

-Perform site inspection and testing of electrical equipment and installation.

-Perform troubleshooting and repair/rectify electrical equipment.

-Assist Electrical Supervisor to complete punch list and pre-commissoning work for electrical equipment and installatons.

-Comply with the site safety regulations and work permit procedures when carrying out the electrical works.

Requirements

-NTC-2 level or more in electrical/electronics engineering or secondary education or trade certificate, LEW certificate will be added advantage

-At least 3 years experience in process plant equipment

-Have the knowledge about material, such as conduits, fitting, cable, wires and others

-Familiar with electrical equipment, such as voltmeter, ammeter, IR-tester, ELCB tester, etc.

-Good practical knowledge of electrical safety practices

-Good knowledge of electrical schematic and control wiring diagrams.

-Understanding of fundamentals of hazardous area classification and ex-proof equipment

-Can do electrical work independently and also work as a team

Responsibilties

- Troubleshoot and solve problems of instruments and advise on the proper repair.

- Understand flow and loop diagrams, installation diagram and specifications for installation of all type of field instruments.

- Run conduits, pull wiring, terminal wiring and functional check.

- Perform plant pre-commissioning and commissioning.

- Monitor and supervise third party maintenance and servicing activities as required.

- Ensure all documentation and procedures are up to date and adhered to.

- Check and prepare instrument calibration reports.

Requirements

- ITC/D|diploma in Electrical/lnstrumentation

- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in process lndustry

- Working knowledge of P&ID drawing, loop diagram, hookup drawings, logic diagrams and single line diagram

- Knowledge about field instruments, DCS and PLC systems

- Ability to work independently at customer's, sites

- Understanding of local/international Process lndustry Codes and Practice Good written and spoken English language skills

- Good technical competence

• Manage and supervise a team of operations assistants inclusive of recruitment, discipline and performance appraisal
• Ensure that the facilities team is in compliance with workplace safety standards
• To ensure management of the outsource vendor does schedule servicing in a timely manner and submits a service report to MOHH iham before the timeline
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Building/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience, of which 1 year in a supervisory role
• Familiar with government agency ( MOH,NEA,BCA,SCDF) Regulations
• Good in report writing
• Able to respond fast on emergency matters after office hours.
• Possess experience in project management and budgeting
• Independent with a high level of organizational skill
• Able to work well under pressure and deliver within a tight timeline
