The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

1. Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Supervisor and clear completed work from the CMMS data base.
2. Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems including the plant piping systems and structural support systems.

8. Liaise with production team with all aspects of mechanical system testing, running, trouble-shooting, carry out material specification checks on all installed piping components such as gasket, bolts, etc.
9. Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
10. Able to perform valve line up & LOTO for operations or maintenance preparations.
11. The incumbent shall be part of the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT) and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities (ie fire fighter etc) for such purposes.

Work Experience

1. Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the oil and petrochemical refinery.

As a member of the Control and Instrumentation team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance work on instrumentation and control systems in the power plant effectively, efficiently, and to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and rectification of equipment failure and malfunction. Test and recommissioning of rectified system or equipment
• Carry out the overhaul, inspection, calibration, servicing program during plant scheduled outage.
• Implement modification, upgrading, and installation plans for plant system and equipment for enhancement, availability, and reliability improvement.
• Maintains detailed work reports, spreadsheets, graphs, plots on computer-based software (Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel)
• Assist Engineers and Technical Officers in the maintenance work
• Supervise contractors under his charge

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possesses knowledge of Instrumentation
• Preferably possesses 2 years of experience in Power Plant or Oil and Gas industry

Mission

Sanofi is building a new state-of-the-art Biologics manufacturing facility, named EVolutive Facility (EVF), in Singapore. EVF will be a first-of-its-kind, fully digitalized, modular manufacturing facility. The facility will be designed to be carbon neutral and allow for future modifications.

Unlike a standard manufacturing facility, the EVF will support multiple manufacturing technology platforms, facilitating rapid and flexible manufacturing of different types of vaccines and biological products, such as mRNA, enzymes and monoclonal antibodies.

EVF Equipment maintenance asset data Intern is expected to assist in overall equipment maintenance setup activities during its Greenfield project phase.

The technician will be guided by EVF engineering maintenance engineer for all the job work related activities.

Key accountabilities

Technician Objective

• To support the site engineering maintenance engineers for all the utilities and process equipment maintenance work of greenfield new Biologics manufacturing facility, which facilitates technology transfer of a new product with advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant utilities system (black and clean) and GMP core process equipment preventive and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
• Knowledge and compliance to Good Manufacturing (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) supporting a biopharmaceutical Environment.
• Perform daily activities in 12hours shift or Normal shift as planned by management.
• Experience in maintenance activity in utilities (Clean / Black utilities) and process support equipment.
• Actively contribute to resolve problems and seek improvement opportunities within the work assignment.
• Ensure operations related activity and SAP maintenance work is completed according to established procedures and all associated documentation is completed within the timeline.
• Able to support production and maintenance teams on problem solving, troubleshooting and assess the situation understand when to escalate to a higher level.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors / vendors to carry out their duties to make sure maintenance services are successfully carried out.
• Knowledge of maintain and repair of rotating equipment, motor (centrifugal pump, rotary lobe pump, diaphragm pump etc.)
• Knowledge of valve maintenance and repair (PSV, GEMU, control valve, butterfly valve, check valve etc.)
• Knowledge of process equipment (bioreactor, UFDF, biosafety cabinet, centrifuge, column packing, autoclave, washer,
• Onsite support vendor for new equipment installation work.
• Knowledge of boiler, water system, steam generator, HVAC system, cold room etc.
• Responsible for reporting equipment downtime to the maintenance supervisor / manager and assist in identifying and eliminating problems using troubleshooting skill.
• Possess skill in reading Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), identifying LOTO point, onsite pipeline tracing, supporting new maintenance tools setup.
• Work together with the team to use 5S tool to maintain the working environment and perform Kaizen for improvement activities.
• Meet site's safety, health and environmental (SHE) performance objectives.
• Any other duties and ad-hoc support as assigned by engineer/ Manager.

•Identifying and reporting on defective plant and equipment

•Carrying out all routine and defect-based maintenance duties in accordance with maintenance plans

•Assisting with the supervision of contractors involved in on-site maintenance.

•Contributing to the development of asset maintenance plans

•Maintaining accurate, up-to-date and timely plant history records of all maintenance events

•Support the operation of plant as required in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with operational guidelines and to meet output requirements

•Responsible for ensuring that assets are operated and maintained to meet performance requirements and providing support for Operations and Maintenance.

•Assist in ensuring that the following maintenance guidelines are followed.

Requirements:

•Preferably Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

•College academic education may be waived if equivalent, extensive related experience can be demonstrated.

•At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, within a Power plant or related Industries.

•Self-motivated independent and has sound analytical and communication skills and is a team worker.

•Due to exigency of service, may be required to work beyond office hours
