•  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk and reach with hands and arms.
•  Job assignments may require frequent overtime (including weekends & holiday).
•  Perform trouble-shooting and testing of box-build units or Repair/ reprocess the box-build assembly.
•  Carryout and support ad-hoc activities as assigned.
•  Trains and certifies new hires or non-certified worker.
•  Assists to fill in Incident Reports and Non-Conformance Material Reports
•  Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs
•  Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

Descriptions

• Responsible for all machineries and equipment repair and maintenance works.
• Hands on troubleshooting and repairing (on-site and off-site)
• Supervises group of workers to perform mechanical jobs and gives guidance.
• Provide technical support to operation team to achieve productivity, technical, quality and safety requirement
• Ensures that workers are using the tools and equipment correctly and safely.
• Ad hoc assignment by Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
