• To implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS651, Hazop and Safety Case
• To maintain proper documentation and filing of as-built document, work procedures & engineering specification.

The Person :

• Applicants should possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
• Applicants should have 2 - 3 years of experience in fixed equipment and piping work related in petrochemical, oil and gas industry.
• Essential prerequisites include good analytical & problem solving skills, ability to communicate with staff in different functions & contractors, and strong spirit of collaboration & team work.

Job Description

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any mechanical issues or potential malfunctions.
• Accurately and efficiently pack finished products, ensuring they meet quality and packaging standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ad-hoc duties by the management.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a machine technician or in a similar technical role.
• Experience in packing or handling finished products is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, e.g.:50kg
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Assisting in setting up the test equipment for production and engineering team.
• Handle all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics
• Able to work rotating 12-hr shift
