Responsibilities:
ï‚·- Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time. (Around
100 headcount)
ï‚·- Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines.
ï‚·- Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance , employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF
submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier.
ï‚·- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation.
ï‚·- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits.
ï‚·- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
ï‚·- At least 2 year experience in a similar position
ï‚·- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
ï‚·- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
ï‚·- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel.
ï‚·- Good communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚·- Able to work independently as well as in a team
ï‚·- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
ï‚·- 5 day week (nearest MRT: Clementi and Jurong East)
