3.Provides contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over,Provides support to the Quantity Surveyor team in the project, monitoring, reporting, planning and coordinating all aspects of their work.

4.Proactively engages in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems and policies that may support the project’s contract management and administration.

5.Advises on all contractual correspondence related to the project, considering commercial impact Identify, assess and manage / advise on contractual risk.

6.Manages contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution.

7.Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in written notices eg. extension-of-time (EOT) , change order, etc.

8.Possesses knowledge in construction/contract law & different standard forms of contracts eg. PSSCOC, SIA, LTA, REDAS, FIDIC, NEC, etc.

9.Possesses leadership skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgement after consideration for all aspects.

10.Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.(Is required to work both in Corporate office and/or at project sites.)

Requirement and Qualifications：

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment.

Responsiblities:

• Develops comprehensive environmental, safety, health & quality systems & procedures and implements them to all project sites.
• Schedules for corporate safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow-up assessments.
• Collaborates with project management team to develop Emergency Response Plan.
• Initiate incident or accident investigation and follow up action plan.
• Conducts regular site audit/inspection to ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved manual, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage Corporate Safety & Quality team for all Safety, Health & Environmental related matters.
• Responsible and participate in HQ(China) Safety Health Environmental and Quality management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years working experience in QSHE related works, familiar with the local legislation, regulations, Singapore Standards, approved code of practice and industry.
• Formal qualification in Safety discipline or adequate experience in Safety field.

Job Description:

• Take charge of all coordination works of civil, structural, architectural, and SWCs
• Manage project coordination/interface related to civil/structural, architectural, and M&E
• Apply contemporary practices in construction methodology to complete assigned works in compliance with client expectations, company objectives and all contractual obligations.
• Procure necessary resources for assigned projects.
• Authorise construction planning, programming and completion schedules.
• Authorise engagement of subcontractors, management of subcontractors work to achieve outcomes and all major subcontract variations.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring and review of a construction management plan.
• Monitor progress, ensuring that work quality and techniques are of high standard and report regularly on project performance and cost against company objectives.
• Ensure correct supervisory levels, construction cost, schedule and change management.
• Ensure that requirements and risk controls are considered in all construction planning and processes.
• Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships are between the project and the client, subcontractors, community and other external parties are developed and maintained.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction coordination of transit projects with BIM and have full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TFP/TOP process.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognised Engineering Degree
• at least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work, including addition and alteration works
• Civil/Structural or any other relevant Engineering Degree
• Knowledge on System Wide Contractors (SWC) for Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP), CCSM et cetera will be preferred
• Candiates must have LTA/ MRT/ rail projects background
