We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

A business development manager's responsibilities include:

• Identifying opportunities: Research the market, identifying new clients and business opportunities, and attending industry events.
• Building relationships: Developing relationships with potential and existing customers, and maintaining good relationships with business partners.
• Creating plans: Developing business development plans, sales and marketing strategies, and financial projections.
• Leading teams: Leading teams, delegating tasks, and providing on-the-job training.
• Managing resources: Managing business resources, including manpower and internal assets.
• Making decisions: Making business decisions independently, and meeting sales targets.
• Producing reports: Preparing sales presentations, producing reports for management, and developing business reports.
• Negotiating: Negotiating business deals.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
• Proven sales track record.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
