* Upload external vendors’ invoices to expense system and initiate payment process accurately and timely

* Ensure staff reimbursements raised in expense system adhere to the Branch’s expense policy and proper supporting documents are provided

* Prepare and process payments for the invoices and staff reimbursements

* Prepare monthly accounting journal entries including accruals and prepayments

* Ensure journal entries posted are accurate and well-supported with proper documentation

* Provide general admin support
