• Submit Termination and Reinstatement Reports on the 3rd working day of each month.
• Generate and print member statements of account (SOA) in batches and ensure they are sent before the 10th working day.
• Generate lists of expired, terminated, and withdrawn members for checking and submission to AP for SD refunds via PayNow.
• Update reconciliation for F&B recoverable accounts against the General Ledger (GL).
• Participate in the half-yearly club-wide fixed asset audit and surprise cash counts at collection counters.
• Perform accounts reconciliation to ensure financial control.
• Manage the issuance of official receipt books to various divisions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance/LCCI or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in customer service and accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially in handling member interactions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily supplier invoices for trade, non-trade, intercompany, and third-party transactions.
• Ensure timely verification of supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching to ensure proper authorization complies with company policies.
• Prepare payment runs (wire/cheque) according to the payment schedule.
• Reconcile Supplier Statements of Account (SOA) periodically to ensure accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records.
• Record supplier payments in the ERP system promptly.
• Ensure AP submodule aligns with the ERP General Ledger (GL).
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal preparation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing relevant information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
