This role requires you to be responsible for ensuring payments are made on time and meet the necessary compliance, tax and governance requirements. The role will have the use of an additional resource from the existing Finance team. The firm is undergoing changes to the Finance systems with Chrome River rollout and the candidate will be required to maintain business as usual during the project period. The Accounts Payable team are responsible for the following tasks:

• Receive and verify invoices and claims in Chrome River for proper account code and authorisation

• Process the bi-weekly payment for staff reimbursement and monthly payment to vendors including postings in system

Skills and Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Coordination:Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

   Work with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.

   Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance logistics processes.
6. Problem Solving:Address issues such as delays, damaged goods, or inaccurate shipments, and provide solutions to minimize disruption.
   Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding delivery timelines and logistics issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• 3PL experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in Tuas (nearest MRT Gul Circle)
