• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Perform Verification and Reimbursement of staff claim

Job Requirements:

• At least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and able to handle Creditors/Suppliers' Invoices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & XERO software
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a positive working attitude and able to work as a team
• Able to start work immediate

• At least 10 years of work experience in the Securities, including 5 years in a Management position

The primary function is to provide the plant with effective and timely microbiological services
that are performed according to requirements with review/verification of results.

Key Responsibilities Includes:

• Day to day microbiological lab testing activities
• Ensuring lab requirements are qualified and maintained at scheduled interval according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide documentation support to the department by participating in writing/revising of SOPs, protocols, test reports and any other work assigned by the Laboratory Manager
• Liaise with external vendors on instrument calibration and maintenance
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
• Ensure that all test equipment is used and maintained correctly
• Understands, implements and maintains cGLP and 6S concept
• Trains new analysts and technicians on all instruments/techniques, as well as routinely
  reviewing that all lab personnel are adhering to proper GMP standards
• Responsible for ownership of laboratory investigation- responsible for assisting in following up with corrective actions
• Effectively perform a multitude of laboratory techniques for which they are trained on
  with minimal error

• Provide administrative support for Events Unit;
• Assume the role of Event Lead for events;
• Assist the Event Supervisor to organise and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logistical tasks including, where necessary, liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison, budget management, conducting of rehearsals and virtual test calls;
• Monitor the progress of event planning and execution;
• Ensure the event administrative and operational requirements are met; and
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITY

· Verify invoices, payment requests and reimbursement claims

· Process the payment of invoices and reimbursement claims in accordance to internal procedures and in compliance with accounting/tax regulations

· Ensure accuracy in data entry and AP processing meeting the month-end closing schedule

· Handle enquires from vendors

· Sort incoming mails and download invoices from e-portal

· Perform outlet monthly sales agreement audit

· Process Intercompany recharges

· Perform vendor statement reconciliations

· Liaise with other departments for document supports, etc

· Any other duties/projects/tasks assigned to the Employee from time to time

Requirements:

• Min. a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in AR/AP/full-sets accounts
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
